Over the last 4 weeks, our Foundation students have enjoyed being introduced to Discovery Time.  The students have had the opportunity to work on projects which explore their interests. We have already seen fantastic projects such as; creating a camp fire in our outdoor area ‘Wombat’s Walk’, creating a puppet in ‘Lorikeet’s Nest,’ creating beautiful castles and building their own Hot Wheels Tracks. The students have had so much fun creating these projects and learning to plan and reflect while also learning to think critically about their plans and how to improve them. This has allowed them to explore their creativity and be proud of the projects they are creating. Overall, our Foundation students have had a great time during their Discovery Time sessions so far and are developing their problem solving, creative and critical thinking skills.
