5/6 PE - The Components of Fitness

The Grade 5s and 6s have been learning about the benefits of being fit and active especially during Remote Learning. Physical Fitness helps you look, feel and do your best. There are 11 Components of Fitness, grouped into two categories: Health and Skill. These components are important in how we live our daily life not just sport.
