Families can continue to use SSB funds until Monday 30 June 2025 to buy textbooks or uniforms, or to allocate funds to school

activities using the parent/carer online system.

The parent/carer online system will close at 11.59pm on 30 June 2025 and any funds remaining, including online voucher amounts that have

not been redeemed, will become a school activities credit.

The activities credit will be available in your family account in CASES21 in late July or early August 2025.

Therefore, families will need to use the SSB online system to allocate funds to school activities before 30 June 2025, if they wish to use the SSB to pay for school activities in July.

If you have already transferred your SSB to school activities then you can use this at any time for relevant activities.
