MOTHER’S DAY BREAKFAST and STALL THANK YOU!!
The Community spirit was certainly alive and kicking at Silverton. Our Mother’s Day breakfast and stall was a complete success due to the wonderful Parents Association and volunteers willing to give up their time. Words do not express how much we appreciate all the work you do for our school.

NAPLAN
A big well done to our Year 3 and Year 5 students who completed NAPLAN over the past two weeks. Our students displayed persistence and a growth mindset when completing Reading, Writing, Language Conventions and Numeracy assessments.
DISTRICT CROSS COUNTRY
Congratulations to our students who attended the District Cross Country last week at Tatterson Park. Our students represented Silverton positively, showing determination and demonstrating our RESPECT and TEAMWORK values. Silverton placed 1st overall.

2022 FOUNDATIONS
On Wednesday 2 June at 4.30 all 2022 Foundations are invited to attend a Teddy bear afternoon.
Enrolment forms are available at the school office or on our website here.
UNWELL CHILDREN
As we head into winter and the weather is turning cold we are seeing an increasing number of sick children at First Aid. If your child is unwell please don’t send them to school. As well as not being able to learn, they can potentially make others unwell too.
Take care
Amanda
