Play Therapy
Play Therapy is coming to Silverton in Term 2.
Sometimes children need that little bit of extra supportwith social, emotional, behavioural and learning problems. Play Therapy will help those children with trauma, children with disabilities, anxiety, social difficulties, troubles with self regulation and family separation.
Mrs Di Rickard will now be working with Silverton Students on a Friday in Term 2, taking them for PlayTherapy sessions. These sessions will be at no extra cost to families and the sessions will all be run during school hours. Thank you to all those parents who showed interest in the program Mrs Di Rickard will be in touch with you. To any other parents that would like some further information please call the school on 9795-5033.
Play builds:
healthy bodies
healthy brains
emotional intelligence

friendship
healthy parent-child relationships
