Did you know the Container deposit scheme is here in Victoria? My brother Adam and I have been collecting bottles for MONTHS! We were so excited to take our collection to the Mulgrave location and cash in! For every bottle you deposit you receive 10c- my brother and I have already earnt $37!  The machine was super easy to use- and we are proud to be doing our bit to help recycle! Too many plastic bottles end up in local creeks and lakes- sometimes even the ocean!  

I want the whole school to start collecting their bottles and enjoy the benefits! I’m saving for more fishing gear!
