ENROLMENT
Attending OSH Care involves filling
out an enrolment form available from the school office or OSH Care Program.
Once an enrolment form is completed, bookings can be made on a permanent or
casual basis. Enrolment forms must be updated each year or when any
information changes.
Booking a permanent place at Before
or After Care ensures a place is reserved for your child. Booking is
recommended for families who require care on a regular basis.
Casual bookings can also be made for
families who need occasional care. This can be done two ways, by telephoning
and speaking to OSH staff or leaving a message on the answering machine. Staff
will inform your child/ren that are to attend the program After School, if
required.
